A historic landmark of Alappuzha town, the stone bridge is an integral part of Alappuzha and it's people. The history of stone bridge dates back to more than a century and it has been rebuilt many times during these times. Today stone bridge is embedded in the hearts of the people and it carries with it a rich history of Alappuzha. It is high time that the government gives proper recognition to this landmark and educate the people about its significance.

Everytime there is traffic jam. And i give four star rating because the areas surrounded by the stone bridge has so many stores and fashions. And have cool stores etc are available.

Bridges are big but traffic very bad no policeman. Privet bus stop at near bridge thats make traffic block.
