I was not able to find my size in Max so Mr Sonu from Ardee Mall Max sector 52 connected me to Max lajpat nagar and they came in to rescue. Super helpful staff, they helped reserve a shorts in my size, that was the last piece in inventory. But they called me the next morning telling me that the piece was damaged, so no need to come, saving me the useless trip. But 3 hours later they called me again saying they have new inventory delivered and there's a new piece of the same short. Very nice of them to remember my requirement and giving me a callback. They also helped me to redeem my coupon on its last day, and it didn't go to waste. Very helpful staff. Special mention to Mr Nabab Singh from Lajpat Nagar Max, and Mr Sonu from Ardee Mall Max. Thank you again.

Had a great shopping experience at Max Fashion, even though their system was down. Mr. Parveen was incredibly helpful and made sure I found everything I was looking for. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. His excellent customer service made up for the technical issue and made my shopping trip enjoyable. Highly recommend this store and especially Mr. Parveen!
