I ordered a pair of shoes and they didn't fit when they arrived. I needed them for a wedding urgently. I was very impressed by the promptness of the customer service team and how they shipped the new size to arrive on time for our event. They were very responsive and kind. Also the quality of the shoe, the look is fabulous. Very elegant. I highly recommend this place.

Tried on several different pairs. The store staff was very patient in offering various sizes and styles, and also offered to make new pairs at expedited timelines. They offered inserts to ensure I could find the right fit and I left satisfied with my experience!

Ordered a pair of Pelle Nera (for women) sandals online & I am very happy with the quality & style. The company focuses on a limited number of designs, but does them well (although I do hope they introduce more of their designs for women!). The sandals are very comfortable & the leather adjusts to your foot quite quickly. The team (Zakir) was also super responsive and helpful in assisting with the exchange (for a bigger size) Happy to have supported a homegrown brand that is far better in quality than so-called "big names". Good stuff :)
