Many small traders earn their bread and butter from this market. Asansol Municipal Corporation constructed this to rehabilitate the hawkers of Asansol Market. But the plan didn't work. So at present the front row is a market like and in the rear row many traders have made closed godown and naturally is not neat and clean. The Corporation should have alloted the rooms conditionally for running shops only.
