Feedback on Purchase - Bill No. 60236 I had a wonderful experience purchasing shoes from your outlet. However, there was an unfortunate oversight--while packing, the staff missed including the shoe polish (wax) that was part of my purchase. I am yet to collect it from the store. I would appreciate it if greater care is taken to ensure all items are delivered in full, as it's inconvenient for customers to follow up for missing items. Despite receiving an SMS asking me to rate the service, there was no proactive follow-up from the store regarding the missing product. I would appreciate a call from a responsible representative to address this concern. That said, I am otherwise satisfied with the purchase. Thank you.

The store had a great selection of shoes, making the shopping process even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking to find the right shoe with excellent customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of trying out a pair of shoes from Doc and Mark, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed. From the moment I slipped them on, it was clear that these shoes are a cut above the rest. The combination of outstanding quality and stylish design makes Doc and Mark shoes a true standout in the market.
