It was a lovely experience everytime I visit here. I never faced any such awkward or disappointing situations with Bata ever. I and entire family used to live shopping over here. I usually purchase everything like daily use shoes, school shoes or formal shoes from Bata. This Belgharia branch is quite good though and increasing stock day by day. Today I see a huge stock for 50% offer as well. All the new arrival stock can be seen every time . I bought a school today and I usually purchase it from Bata as it's a super soft and comfort for the students.

Staff was attentive, gave honest and great suggestions and patient with us. He was generous with her time and allowed us to try several pairs of shoes whilst making the whole shopping experience flawless. He knew what size your feet were before you even told her! Such a great experience where and absolutely worth every penny, but didn't feel the pressure to buy straight away. I really appreciated that.

Here you can get momos @30 and ten pieces of kebab @100. The momos were average but the soup was good. The kebabs were delicious. I will recommend you all to definitely try it once.

Ample collection of varieties of shoes. The staffs are really well behaved and polite & helpful & genuinely pay attention to customers. Payment is accepted through cash, cards and online payments. Bata store also provides bonus points that will lead to deduction of some amounts of money during next purchase. Some sizes of a few shoes may not be available always but they offer home delivery of that particular size of shoes only after payment beforehand. The store is also neat and clean.
