Jai Chamunda Mata! The shrine situated at the Dewas hills holds a special place among devotees from all across the nation. The premises holds several temples devoted to Badi Mata, Choti Mata, Annapurna Mata, Kho Kho Mata,etc. One can experience breathtaking views from atop the hill. It's a good place for religious spiritual activities & to spend sometime apart from buzzle of the city! Carry water bottle with you, washroom are not properly maintained.

It was a very great experience while I have visited the mata Chamunda temple in top of the hil station in Dewash, near by ujjain arround 40km. Actually here are most of the two temple are there,and another one is Hanuman temple, that's awesome,if you see closely you can see slowly slowly water is coming from the hills where Hanuman ji statue is there,very different Vibes are there, place is so positive vibes. If you are coming from Dewas here, there is two ways one is through stairs that is arround 500 are there, another one is ropeway, that's ticket is Rs. 126/- per person back and forth you can enjoy it. Very interesting thing is there on top of hills very good parsadm is available from temple committee only Rs. 20/- per plate. Overall all very good experience and after darsan feel very good

Maa Chamunda Mandir Dewas is located on Dewas Tekri, this temple houses the Maa Chamunda Devi also called Choti Mataji Ka Mandir. The deity's idol is carved into the rock and is associated with the Paramara dynasty. The temple is worshipped as the Kuldevi by the Maratha rulers of Dewas state.

Similar to tuljabhawani temple Located in Dewas Can be approached by ropeway or stairs which around 500 steps Ropeway charges are 126 per adult and 101 for children No charge for kids below 5 yrs There are two Devi temples at the top Other gods like hanuman temples is also there Can be visited on the way to mahakal temple from Bhopal

Religious place should have mat on walking track, as walking without footwear it is troublesome to walk in summer.
