This store is a great place for sports enthusiasts, but there are a few things to keep in mind. They offer an option to generate your bill via SMS or take a printout, which is required for verification by the security guard at the main entrance before you leave. However, the SMS link often doesn't work properly because the URL is broken with spaces, making it impossible to open. It's best to take a printed copy to avoid any issues. Additionally, the security setup at the entrance feels a bit unwelcoming. Three to four guards often stand right in the middle of the entrance, which is both inconvenient and intimidating. It creates an impression as if they are expecting people to run out without paying. See the pic attached. Fixing these small issues would greatly improve the shopping experience. Otherwise, it's a great store!

Recently I have purchased 'BR Lite 900' badminton racket. Initially it took 2-3 days to adapt its power and stiffness of the racket. Later on it went well. My side of recommendation is to have good colour options and provide proper storage for rackets. The staff also helped and guided me well at the time of shopping. Thanks Decathlon! Cheers
