I recently visited this footwear showroom to purchase sandals for my dad, and I must say that I had an excellent experience. The representative who assisted us was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with the right guidance and support throughout our entire visit. What really stood out to me was the representative's caring and down-to-earth nature. Despite my dad's health issues and swollen legs, they went above and beyond to help us find the perfect pair of sandals that would be comfortable and supportive for him. Their patience and attentiveness were also noteworthy. They took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and were able to provide tailored recommendations that met all of our requirements. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the level of service I received during my visit to the footwear showroom. The representative was knowledgeable, friendly, and caring, and made the entire experience a positive one. I would highly recommend this showroom to anyone looking for quality footwear and exceptional customer service.

Don't go on weekends as there is not enough sales person so there won't be enough sales person to handle/service your requests. They were out of stock or didn't have bunch of color options for the slippers that I was looking for so I had to end up purchasing the only color that was available. Parking is not big of a problem here and if you are purchasing here take your own carry bag as it would be charged additionally.

The customer service was nice. The collection was good but not enough.
