Quality of the products are very good at first cry.... Staff are best at first cry kurnool... I asked for a cradle of Indian style ... As it is not in store they asked me to wait for a week and contacted me daily regarding update of cradle untill i recieved.... Finally I got the Indian style cradle... Thank you so much to the staff
