The resort is closed now for public, it is open only for residents. Earlier it was one of the best resort in the category of budget hotels. The restaurant was amazing which served almost all types of food and had very qualified chefs and service staffs. The staffs were courteous and very helpful. Hope the management and staffs are doing well.

I stayed in bldg-11 (2nd floor ) booked the stay through Air BNB . I wa surprised by the hospitality shown by co-host & owner Mr. Bipin . They personally welcome into their studio apartment ( formerly was part of the Kamat resort ) . The room was adequately lit , cented candles , we had god water + some daily food items too . Two days stay was super awesome . We booked it for 30nov-2dec for 4ppl . It's actually 1bhk spacious apartment converted into three BEdsroom . Atleast 6-7ppl can stay comfortably. Overall great experience

If you were a group you can choose this. And it's located at Calungute. Beach is near and easily Accessable. But the swimming pool was not maintained properly.The Stay was Good. And Maintained Excellent.

Good calm, place to relax in Calangute at very good price. The society is very cooperative for guests. No stupid restrictions. You can come & and go anytime.The pools is also well maintained. Worth every penny. Babutes restaurant is the best place to order nonveg food for quick delivery.
