Have big cities spoilt me? Have I come to conclusion that the people are always so immersed in their own little worlds that they miss to take two extra steps to be of help or service to others? Is it that the smaller towns still set higher standards of customer service? Is it that big brands spend millions on L&D with effective outcomes? I guess not. It is about individuals. It is their intrinsic drive to provide good service and extend support. I have met many good stores staff in some cities. But today was a 'special experience day'. Winter is still trying to grab the last bites before letting summer walk in. It is after 8 pm in a small town where all other shops are already shut. The main market has more darkness than human sounds. Shops owned by individuals are long shut for the day. There's this Bata showroom. Not someone's ownership but run by employees quite far from the gazing eyes of the company bosses. There I was frantically trying to find a pair of bathroom slippers. Had missed to get one for 3 days and today again I was out running against time. Of the two shutters, one was down, locked; lights out and two grumbling hungry stomachs with a ready scooter, pulling the other shutter to call it a day. But without any demur or even an iota of apprehension Mr Mukesh Kumar welcomed me, took the trouble to switch on the lights and without any pressure or haste or any push or shove helped my buy a pair. Patient, smiling and hospitable all the time. The other gentleman patiently waiting outside without any objection or coaxing. Only thing I could do was to thank them 21 times from the bottom of my heart. Not that I could not get the products tomorrow, but I would not get such a remarkable example for my consulting gigs. May they be blessed. May Mukesh and the other gentleman always be happy. May Bata India be proud of such employees.

I have been using Bata products from the last 6 to 7 years.Bata has launched very new, trendy and durable products. Their handbags are also of very good quality. The shoes are great for everyday use and that they're lightweight and pack up nicely. the sandals are comfortable and mold to their feet perfectly. I love this Indian Brand. Thank you Bata.

This showroom has all you need, product according to your need and the best part is this brand comes with very less MRP very reasonable price. They have different men and women section with lots of choices and the formal shoes are also a good option to get from this brand showroom.

I nice showroom in kangra .... although kangra is having many showroom like redchief ,woodland ,nike ,Reebok etc...but if want to go with bata ...you can go ....it is small shopping complex actually ....you will alll the item related to wear with shoes ....but according to me the rates are quite high as campared to other ....it is located in main kangra market ...which is too much busy in working hours ....you may face issue of parking ...... That is my experience with bata you can tell yours....

If you looking for brand so, you must go to Bata it consists of variety of shoes, boots and sneakers and also some girly stuff . price is reasonable or may be expensive but branded.
