Very rude staffs. They didn't accepted exchange by giving reason offered products can not be returned or exchanged. I requested to for exchange as the size of shoes is small but they didn't accepted and finally I told them to keep these shoes with you these shoes no use for me as small size but a shameless they took those shoes and kept with them. May be they will sell those shoes and keep the money to their pockets. Paragon company reputation will get spoil if they keep these type of worst staff. *Thanks paragon for immediate action after review, exchanged shoes with required size*
