Customer Reviews
I am from Toronto Canada. I was there in this store last month while I was on vacation. Great staff, good customer service and non comparable pricing and quality. I want to go there again whenever I visit Kerala. I seen in other reviews about showroom A/C, which is true. It was not working and too hot inside.

Well maintained showroom. Covid protocol following. Everyone is very polite. Lots of parking space.

Opened up last year. Its a typical Bata store and sports tge new interior theme that Bata has adopted. Decent collection across all segments that Bata covers. Upmarket Hush puppies are but limited by choice. With good parking space, its a good alternative to the bigger store inside Kollam shopping area , specially for people on this side of the city
