R-city outlet staff are very helpful. Received replacement for manufacture defected piece in two weeks under warranty. Hope this pairs will last.

Sajid at Mochi in R city was very helpful. He showed me stuff that aligned with my needs and made suggestions and alterations (adding insoles to get half sizes). Very happy with the service. Haven't worn the shoes yet, so can't comment on comfort or longevity, but they seem to be of good quality.

I visited Mochi in RCity. Mochi has variety of collection whether it is sneakers or boots or occasion wear. Pairing my footwear alongside of a purse was the joyful moment for me. Staff is cooperative. They showed me plenty of options to choose from.
