I shopped at this store yesterday for sandals and formal shoes - all in all a very pleasant experience thanks to Mr. Dhilipan, the sales staff, who helped me with making my choice of footwear. Mr. Dhilipan was very patient and went the extra mile to let me try on a variety of footwear until I made my choice. Thank you Dhilipan for making my shopping experience at your store a pleasant one.

Polite staff and attendants, specifically Dilip was assisting well and very customer friendly. This kind of service was not present in other bata showrooms like Tambaram or Sholinganallur.
