I bought a pair of shoes that was a birthsay gift for my father, but unfortunately they gave me a pair with different sizes.i returned to the store next day and the staff was very responsive with my complaint.they immediately ensured I got the right pair and ordered it from a different store. Great service and responsive staff.

The staff were indeed so so helpful and sweet to my 4 year old, we made a purchase, Bata is known for its affordability and quality and this showroom reflects that :) The variety is not less though, was unable to find shoes for my kid. Hence 4/5 , one less star for lack of stock of shoes for kids

Clean & sanitised place. Collection available is good. Bata has introduced this new feature where if you find a shoe you like but if your shoe size is not available due to the out of stock excuse then the shop will immediately book it online for you so that it is delivered to your doorstep at no extra cost.
