The Sale person guided us very well. We went for school shoes purchase. He assisted calmly and quickly. We used to purchase from bata regularly. So that we got special discounts from the points we previously purchased. Ladies sandals are high quality with better price. Designs are elegant. Formal shoes are cheap with best quality for gents. This shop's service is better than other districts I visited so far.

Excellent place for slippers both men and women. Good customer service, they have wide variety of collections ,and also they make arrangements for online order if your size doesn't fit in store Card payment accepted. They charge for paper bag,as per court order they shouldn't charge for paper bag, somewhere in North the consumer court issued a fine of rs 9000 to bata for charging paper bag.
