The showroom and staff are very good. About the product what I purchased in June 24 ( on original Mrp without discount) and could not use immediately, started using them from September 2nd week only , within two weeks the strap gum came off and also start got loosened from one of the joint . Today I handed over the item to same stores where I purchased , staff said they will send it to factory for further action . Hope to get positive action from factory / or service centre.
