This store is not very costly compared to bata store on cannaught place. This store also has veey good variety of footwears especially for ladies as compared to men. This store has hand sanitizer on the main desk. Bata provides home delivery also if the size of the footwear is not available at that time. The manager is friendly and cordial

Bata one of the oldest shoe seller company in India. They provide shoes for men, women's & Kids. Products are very long life and price are very reasonable. Only one issue is style and design. Staff and owner are professional.

During my recent visit to a Bata shoe store, I was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness from the employees. Despite purchasing a shoe for 2000 rupees, they did not attend to my concerns promptly. However, I must admit that the shoe I bought was of excellent quality. The store's ambience was good and conducive to browsing. Overall, while the service could have been better, I would still recommend the store for its high-quality products and pleasant atmosphere.
