We had a wonderful experience shopping at Mount Craft. The staff was so polite & welcoming. Above all,the lady who is the boss is beyond helpful. We loved the jackets we bought ,we also bought a tent & hiking necessities for our hiking trip. She catered to our needs with minute details. Not very often we find this kind of customer service & kindness.

I had got a rucksack in 2016 from them. I have used it since then almost everytime I went for my field work. Amazing quality and till day it's fully intact. Would definitely recommend getting your trekking and field gears from them.

Needed some trekking gear ... reading the reviews went to Mountcraft....the people were so honest in suggesting the right things for the trek....infact they only suggested not to buy expensive stuff since i am not a regular trekker... i was so impressed with their honest tactic....bought a rucksack and a poncho and a walking stick.... my trek went good and i sincerely thank them for honestly suggesting me the right gear
